3. Returns Process
- Return Shipping: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, depending on the nature of the return.

4. Refunds
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund as follows:
